Gowan Construction,
Inc. is a full service general construction company.
The company was started in 1962 with two pieces
of equipment and had only two employees.
Currently, Gowan Construction, Inc. has over
100 pieces of equipment and employs 125 at peak
season. We were a member of the Land
Improvement Contractors of America (LICA) until it
was merged with the Associated General Contractors of
America (AGC). We are now a member of the
AGC. Milton Gowan, President of Gowan
Construction, Inc. was the 2001 President of the
North Dakota AGC Chapter. We are also a
certified HUBZone Contractor.
We have a competent
staff and are able to complete projects of all sizes.
We pride ourselves on producing high quality
projects and work hard to stay within budget and any
other constraints that exist on each project.
Our staff is very experienced and consists of
Professional Engineers, Civil Engineers, Construction
Management and Clerical personnel.
We maintain a high
level of quality equipment. Gowan Construction,
Inc. is continuously employing advances in
technology. This helps ensure that projects get
completed in a timely and efficient manner.
